doula services package



A discounted rate is available for expecting parents taking Blossoming Bellies'
8 week birth preparation class and having Blossoming Bellies provide their birth
doula services.

The combined cost is $800 for any 8 week group or private birth class series and
birth doula services.  Doula services will consist of:

  • one prenatal visit
  • on-call from weeks 36 to 42
  • presence from active labor up until one hour postpartum
  • two postpartum/breastfeeding support visits
  • unlimited telephone support
  • available back-up doula

Because prenatal visits cover several topics discussed in the
class series, prenatal visits in the class/doula package are one fewer than if just
having doula services.  All other doula services remain the same.

Blossoming Bellies is proud to provide wholistic birth services to the greater
Philadelphia area.  For clients purchasing the 8 week private class and doula
services package who live outside the county of Philadelphia, a one-time $50
travel-related expense fee will be added to the cost of services.  For clients
purchasing the 8 week group class and doula services package who live outside
the county of Philadelphia, a one-time $25 travel-related expense fee will be added
to the cost of services.
