!!! CONGRATULATIONS !!!! The ruling is in! The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has reversed the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine's ruling against Diane Goslin to cease and desist her midwifery practice. They stated "...practicing midwifery cannot be construed to be the same as practicing medicine and surgery." Hopefully this is a leap towards a healthier and more practical future for homebirth midwifery and the midwives who practice it!
