Moving Through Labor:
Pelvic Dynamics and Baby Positioning
|

|
One of the most common reasons for unplanned cesarean birth is labor stalling and/or the baby getting "stuck" in the pelvis. Come learn ways to help decrease intervention and maximize space for the baby through movement (with and without epidurals) and gain an understanding of how you can work with your body and your baby's descent and rotation for an empowering birth experience. Live class registration includes three months unlimited access to the self-paced Moving through Labor course.
Our unique "Moving Through Labor" course dives into:
mobility of the pelvis
baby positioning
demystifying the idea of optimal positioning for the baby
the baby's descent and rotation through the pelvis
dynamic movement and positioning for labor progress
movement while conserving energy
how to work with your baby to improve efficiency in birth
effective labor positions for comfort and progress in both medicated and unmedicated births
and more!
**Please remember that this workshop is not a childbirth preparation class and does not take the place of a childbirth preparation class. It is designed specifically for focusing more in-depth on preventing and working through complications that can arise in pregnancy and labor due to positioning of the baby.**
