Moving Through Labor:
Pelvic Dynamics and Baby Positioning
I am so grateful to have found your “Moving Through Labor” course. This will be my third child, so I have taken several childbirth classes over the past 4 years, but since I am attempting to have a VBAC I knew I needed something a little more and that is EXACTLY what I got with this class. The information was incredible - things I have never been taught in any other class. The combination of visuals and hands-on learning was exactly what my husband and I needed to help us feel empowered to be able to have another vaginal birth and do it naturally! The way you delivered the content was very thorough, but not overwhelming. This class is a MUST for anyone hoping to have a vaginal birth and it should be a requirement for birth professionals to provide better care to birthing mothers. I’ve already told several of my friends/family about this class and how great it was compared to anything else I’ve done in the past! Thank you SO much, Brittany!

*My husband even used the word “exceptional”, and he’s not one to get very excited about things 🤣 so, thank you again!

One of the most common reasons for unplanned cesarean birth is labor stalling and/or the baby getting "stuck" in the pelvis. Come learn ways to help decrease intervention and maximize space for the baby through movement (with and without epidurals) and gain an understanding of how you can work with your body and your baby's descent and rotation for an empowering birth experience.
"Moving Through Labor," is a unique two and a half hour class dedicated to understanding pelvic bones, movement, and space, demystifying the idea of optimal positioning for the baby, and learning and practicing movements and techniques for minimizing positioning-related complications during labor. The skills developed in this workshop help expectant parents understand the baby's descent and rotation through the pelvis and the role movement plays in avoiding unnecessary interventions. We cover pelvic anatomy and how to create space with simple movements and positions, working with the baby to improve efficiency in birth, understanding baby positioning, and supportive labor positions for comfort and ease of baby's descent and rotation in both medicated and unmedicated births.
**Please remember that this workshop is not a childbirth preparation class and does not take the place of a childbirth preparation class. It is designed specifically for focusing more in-depth on preventing and working through complications that can arise in pregnancy and labor due to positioning of the baby.**

I wanted to thank you so much for a really informative [virtual] class! We both really appreciated the depth of information, the materials, and the opportunity to practice some of the positions in real time. - Alex V. |
Thank you so much for a FANTASTIC class! I learned so much from you. The class is well structured, engaging, and filled with great advice and tips. Attending your class helped me feel more confident about the upcoming birth. I wish I had taken your class for my first birth! - Suprawee T. |

My husband and I weren’t able to attend this class in real time but thank you SO much for sending out the recording. We watched the class, practiced the positions, and brought the cheat sheet of positions with us to the hospital last week. I ended up having an emergency induction at 37 weeks (complications from gestational diabetes) and was in labor for 3 days. Having the knowledge from your class was HUGE to making it through. Not only did having so many options allow a lot of movement to help manage the pain, but it was also really empowering to understand where my baby was and how to help him through. So THANK YOU, you’re class was awesome, you’re a great teacher and I’m so glad we attended :). - Jenny T.
I attended the "Moving through Labor" class and loved it! I wish I knew about Brittany's classes sooner. In comparison to another class I attended where I felt really frustrated and uneasy after leaving, I felt so empowered and equipped after leaving her class! The class is great if you love a technical aspect of the birthing process. To me, more understanding helps lessen any worries because understanding IS power. I feel so prepared and ready to have our little one in a few weeks. Thanks Brittany!
