I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for your online VBAC course. It was suggested to me by a midwife, and I finished the videos in my last week of pregnancy. The movement through labor was incredibly helpful and I was actually able to cope with contractions at home, arrived at the hospital complete and ready to push and had a successful VBAC that was unmedicated. Difficult of course during, but better all around for us in terms of recovery and milk supply and bonding and my emotional health!
So thank you for doing what you do! I’m sure you have a million happy outcome stories but I wanted to add one more :)

Blossoming Bellies online VBAC preparation class provides expectant families with an opportunity to gather evidence based information, build confidence and knowledge, and prepare for a vaginal birth after cesarean that is a positive and healthy labor and childbirth experience.

The online VBAC preparation class is geared specifically towards those educating themselves about and planning for a vaginal birth.

becoming an active participant in decision making
factors that affect VBAC success
pelvic dynamics and fetal positioning for an efficient labor

Participants in the online class learn at their own pace, taking as much time as needed to complete the course while having the ability to review materials repeatedly along the way and at any time after the course has been completed.  Learning in one's own environment means that the course material can be completed at any time day or night and can be divided into short increments and spaced out over the course of a few weeks or divided into longer sessions and completed in just a weekend.   This allows for the class to be taken at any point in pregnancy and accessed repeatedly throughout the journey leading to labor and birth.  This VBAC prep course does not take the place of a full childbirth education class but is intended to supplement any prior or ongoing childbirth education course.
