VBAC Crash Course

​Both class options are asynchronous. 
Participants learn at their own pace, while having the ability to review materials repeatedly along the way and at any time after the course has been completed up until the expiration date.  Learning in one's own environment means that the course material can be completed at any time day or night and can be divided into short increments and spaced out over the course of a few weeks or divided into longer sessions and completed in just a weekend.

Your Empowered VBAC is our most comprehensive online VBAC preparation class, providing expectant families with an opportunity to gather evidence based information, build confidence and knowledge, and prepare for a vaginal birth after cesarean that is a positive and healthy labor and childbirth experience.

This VBAC prep course can be taken alone if childbirth education has been taken in a prior pregnancy or can be a supplement to a general childbirth education course.
